As quick as Ollie - Ollie Like in two weeks or less

As quick as Ollie - Ollie Like in two weeks or less

Jump Starter

The Ollie is one of the easiest skateboarding tricks, but one of the most important. Learn how to make an ollie like a challenging task, skateboarders are a beginner, but when set and follow an action plan 2 weeks, you're guaranteed to learn ollie in no time!

Council strongly desired half-hour to an hour of practice a day when you learn to ollie as soon as possible. I suggest you practice skating on weekdays and take a break or just go toWeekend.

Before you begin, you need to know what it looks like the ollie. I suggest you look a little '"ollie how to" videos on the Internet, so you know you should look like and the basic steps.

1-2 days

For the first two days of practice you will always want to place your foot. Footing is key to learning how to ollie!

You want your front foot slightly in front of the table, and the back foot on the tail of the skateboard court, with the ball from the back foot to the centertail. For the first two days, the practice and the position of the foot so that you're comfortable.

3-5 days

For the rest of the week, I recommend the practice of the general movement of the ollie. One of the most useful ways to learn how to ollie, the trick is to visualize in your mind before.

Standing on the edge, ollie position. See for yourself:

1 Checking the tail slamming the back foot hard on the tail

Jump 2

3 Pull the front footup to the front of the board and

4 Leveling the outboard screw and land on a skateboard

The key to learning to do an ollie is capable of these three things together.

When the ollie, it's time to be on board and try it. Remember, slam, jump, and drag.

Days 8-14

For the second week, you should continue practicing ollies. By now you should know exactly how to do an ollie, but likely to have difficulty actuallyAlways on a skateboard. If you have problems with a little ', try these tips:

- Not too far away to bow down to you, because this can throw off your balance. Giving a slight squat.

- Sucking legs after getting the table to help the pop in the air

- Stay centered over the table, and how the goal to land on the bolts pop

The only way to overcome this is the exercise and endurance. You have to experiment with make-up time until you find something that works to find theThem. It took me over a month before I ollie, learn.

Congratulate yourself when you finally learn, Ollie. Now you can shoot in new places, like on curbs, ledges and over obstacles out!
Good luck to learn how to ollie!
