How to make a skateboard ramp
Want to improve when you are ready to begin to "ramp" Your skateboard, then it's time to build your own ramp. Sure, you can just go to the skate park, but if there is one nearby? He would also like a skateboard ramp fresh in your garden? You'll probably need to have some 'skill with the instruments, and some friends this weekend to complete the project.
The way in which to build the ramp will depend on how much money you have for the materials and how long youspend working on this project. We list the basic steps and some tips for raw materials.
Materials and equipment may vary depending on the type of plan you follow will vary, but you will probably need:
Open Space to jump. Project / plans for the ramp. 2x4 is 4-6. Some sheets of plywood. Hammer and nails (or, preferably wood screws) Level. Pencil. To help some friends.
Decide whether you want to put a ramp in a fixed position (such as yourYards) or if you want something smaller and more portable that you sit down, if you want to skate over. This is a game determined by the size of your ramp.
Find out what you want to build. Search online for purchasing plans or you can download for free. Free maps are usually just as good as paid ones. You should probably be a couple of tools, at this point and pick (hammer and nails, at least).
If you do not want to buy or download, follow these steps to build asimple mini-ramp:
Enter a "piece 3 / 4 plywood on a flat surface. Draw a line to the upper right side of the forest. This line should be about 25 to 30 cm in height. Draw another straight line to the left, but more towards the middle of the plywood. This should be about 2 or 3 feet (this will be your deck). Draw a line on the underside of the skateboard ramp, which is about 5 meters or so. This will be in your mini-ramp. Close the top of the platform until the endfrom the bottom with a curved line (this is the ramp). Try a semi-circle of development drawing tool or use the compass, if possible, so that the curve is perfect. Cut along the lines with a saw. If you have access to a Skilsaw, use it to make sure that the curves are smooth. Repeat step 5 to the other piece of plywood on the opposite side of the ramp. Connect both sides with 2x4 is. Make sure you have enough distance between the 2x4 is to provide adequate support. Use a single sheet of 3 / 8 "plywood for theMini-ramp section. You have to bend to fit the curves. Finished space all corners and edges with sandpaper.
This can be a very simple plan to build your own skate ramp to be, but is perfect if you are a first time builder with limited time, skills or money. For the pad again in top form, store it in your house or garage when not in use.
